All in all, the chicken hamburger is more and more a fallback dish that offers maximum satisfaction with minimum effort. Right? Absolutely not! Even at home, you can transform a simple hamburger into a satisfying and sophisticated dish with high-quality ingredients. How? We'll show you with these three succulent recipes!
Aromatic herb chicken hamburger with mixed vegetables
Fill up on spring cabbage, courgettes, green beans and carrots. These are going to be the vegetables that will go with your dish: before preparing the hamburger, dedicate yourself to cooking them; put everything in the pan and let cook for a few minutes. For the preparation of chicken hamburgers, instead, cut dill and chives on a chopping board and add them to the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary - a nice aromatic mix that will surprise your palate. Then place the minced meat in a dough cutting ring with a diameter of about 13 cm; prepare the hamburgers and, once ready, cook them on a preheated frying pan for some minutes.
When the meat is ready, you can move on to the composition of the sandwich: the first layer will consist of the spring cabbage; place the meat on top adding a little ketchup and as final touch before closing the sandwich add some more spring cabbage. Surround the dish with the previously prepared vegetables and with some chips - you are now ready to serve this delicacy on the table and to taste it together with your friends.
Chicken hamburger with fondue
To prepare the hamburger, put the minced chicken meat in a terracotta bowl with a handful of minced parsley, a drizzle of oil, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and let the meat season for about half an hour; then prepare the hamburger in a dough cutting ring and then cook it on a hot non-stick frying pan. Before serving it, prepare a fondue by melting taleggio and gorgonzola cheese with a little milk and nutmeg. And here you have ready a tasty hamburger that will tickle your palate.
Fried chicken hamburger with the four spices
For the third fancy recipe we have chosen to dare even more! Prepare the chicken hamburgers by pressing the minced meat into dough cutting ring and once prepared, leave them in the fridge or freezer to make them well compact. Then place the burgers in a terracotta bowl containing flour, dried garlic, the four spices, cumin and white pepper and then in another terracotta bowl containing egg whites. In another frying pan fry with frying seed oil and then dip the hamburgers in it to fry them until cooked. Small tip: let the hamburger rest for a few minutes and then make a further step into the boiling oil, just for few seconds. At this point prepare the bun: spread some mayonnaise on the bottom, cover with the hamburger and then some lettuce and a slice of tomato. Before closing the bun, add a little more mayonnaise and you're done. Enjoy your meal!
